Deposits
- A 20% deposit is required for all bookings.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit.
Arrival Times
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment time and reduced quality of service.
- If you're too late to proceed, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited at our discretion.
Loyalty Cards
- Cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
- Only one stamp will be awarded per appointment, regardless of how many services are booked. For example, booking multiple treatments in one visit still qualifies for just one stamp.
No Shows
- Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
